Dear Oakland County Resident,

Have you ever been interested in becoming an Election Day poll worker? It’s a great way to give back to your community, see your neighbors, make a little money and be engaged in the democratic process.

Here in Oakland County, we’ve been fortunate over the years because so many people have pitched in to work the polls during elections. Now, more help is needed.

For more information on what it takes to become an election worker, download our Help Oakland Vote brochure or visit our FAQs. If you are interested in working the polls you can email us with your name, address and telephone number at elections@oakgov.com or call us at (248) 858-0564 and we’ll be happy to forward your information to your community.

Thanks again for your interest in helping democracy work.

Sincerely,

Ruth Johnson
Oakland County Clerk/Register of Deeds
